100% Full-Extension Drawer Mold Rack
It is ideal for the safe and convenient storage of heavy items such as injection molds, mold components, and electric motors.
With a load capacity of up to 10,000 kg per unit, adjustable shelf heights, depths, and widths allow the system to be perfectly adapted to all types of stored items. As the system is fully demountable, it can be dismantled and relocated as needed, or additional units can be added.
Each drawer has a load capacity of 1,000 kg (can be increased according to requirements). The drawers are fully secure and equipped with a locking system that prevents unintended opening.
Depending on operational needs, drawers can be designed with full or half extension.
Thanks to the drawers and an existing or system-integrated crane, storage can be performed in much narrower spaces without the need for forklift support, providing significant space and time savings.
